This gorgeous cupcake features a soft, perfectly spongy base topped with an incredibly light and airy strawberry-infused pink frosting. While it might look like one of those treats where the appearance outshines the taste, for Mochu, it was the exact opposite: the frosting wasn't heavy at all, and the flavor combination worked so beautifully that it quickly became one of his favorite little discoveries.
