A trip to Disneyland Paris is pure magic. ✨ Staying at a Disney Hotel takes that magic to the next level. But imagine unlocking the door to your room and stepping into a surprise crafted especially for you. 🌸🎁

Flowers, enchanting decor, sweet treats, special gifts, or even a welcome perfectly tailored to your hotel's theme... The Disney Hotels offer exclusive add-on services that can transform a wonderful stay into a memory you will cherish forever.

And let’s be honest… who doesn't love being swept off their feet with a gift like this? 🥰

Here are some of the magical options waiting to be discovered.

✨ 1. Disney Special Activities

Among the most spectacular options are the Disney Special Activities packages, which weave together various elements to create a breathtaking surprise waiting right inside your room.

There are different tiers and magical combinations:

🌸 Classic

A romantic welcome that may include:

• A beautiful bouquet of flowers
• A bottle of champagne
• An assortment of macarons

There is also a version that sprinkles rose petals across the bed for an even more unforgettable touch. 🌹

✨ Premium

A grander gesture that, on top of the classic touches, features a Mickey and Minnie themed gift box overflowing with magical keepsakes. Inside, you might uncover treasures like a plush cushion, elegant glasses, a glass slipper inspired by Cinderella, soft plushies, a keychain, a magnet, and sweet candies. 🏰

👑 Castle Club

An exclusive offering tailored for the Disneyland Hotel. Building upon the Premium package, this includes a fresh fruit basket and festive balloon decor to create the ultimate royal welcome. ✨

These exclusive items are not sold separately. If a specific treasure is unavailable, it will be seamlessly swapped for an equally magical alternative.

🏨 2. Signature Experiences

If you prefer a surprise that perfectly matches your resort's storyline, you can opt for the Signature Experiences.

The concept is beautiful: stepping into a welcome perfectly inspired by the universe of your chosen hotel.

👑 Disneyland Hotel: a welcome worthy of a royal fairytale.

🦸 New York – The Art of Marvel: an epic surprise fit for a true Super Hero.

⚓ Newport Bay Club: a grand gesture brimming with nautical spirit.

🌲 Sequoia Lodge: a cozy welcome inspired by the great outdoors.

It’s a wonderful way to make the hotel itself a part of the surprise. 💫

🌹 3. Flowers for a Special Occasion

Don't need a full package? You can also choose to simply say it with flowers.

The enchanting options include:

🌸 Pre-arranged bouquets
🌹 Grand bouquets of 12 roses
💐 Custom floral creations

And if you are looking for something exceptionally romantic, there are also rose petal decoration options. These range from a delicate touch on the bed to a sweeping trail of petals, or even a full romantic setup that extends into the bathroom. ❤️

🎁 5. Gifts from the Hotel Boutique

We absolutely love this option for surprising the little ones… though we adults definitely have our favorites, too. 😉

You can handpick up to 10 items from the hotel boutique and have them beautifully gift-wrapped and delivered directly to your room.

This service comes with a €45 fee, plus the cost of your selected treasures.

Depending on the hotel and its boutique, you might choose items like:

🎀 Soft plushies
✨ Mickey or Minnie ears
📖 Autograph books
☕ Mugs
📌 Collector pins
🦸 Marvel merchandise
🧸 Kids' costumes

To complete the magic, you can add a card with a personalized message. 💌

🎄 6. A Touch of Christmas

During the holiday season, the magic can follow you right into your room. ✨

Some of the festive offerings that may appear during this time include Christmas gift boxes, winter floral arrangements, and even fully decorated Christmas trees set up right in your room.

🎄 Keep in mind: because these are seasonal offerings, the available magic may change from year to year.

💌 How do you request these surprises?

First and foremost, you need a confirmed reservation at a Disney Hotel.

When you reach out to book the service, it's best to have the following handy:

• The lead guest's name on the booking
• Your reservation number
• The dates of your stay
• A contact phone number
• The exact name of the service you want to request

⏰ How far in advance should you book?

Lead times can vary based on the specific product or service.

As a general rule, some packages should be requested up to 20 days before arrival, while flowers and specific decorations might only require 24 to 48 hours' notice.

In-room delivery is typically scheduled from 3:00 PM on your arrival day, and from 4:00 PM at Disney Davy Crockett Ranch.
