The absolute best part? Once your spot is secured, you are completely free to keep exploring and enjoying the park until it's time for your encounter.
How do you book?
Reservations open on the exact day of your visit directly through the official Disneyland Paris app.
To join the virtual queue, your ticket must have already been scanned at the turnstiles, and you must be physically inside the specific park where the encounter takes place.
Simply open the interactive map on the app, locate your desired meet-and-greet, select your travel party, and confirm your reservation.
👥 You can include up to 6 people in a single booking.
When do the queues open?
Spots are released at very specific times throughout the day:
🕘 9:45 AM and 2:00 PM
For the vast majority of character encounters.
❄️ 8:45 AM
An exclusive early slot specifically for the Anna and Elsa meet-and-greet.
These highly-coveted spots can vanish in seconds, so our best advice is to have the app open and ready to go a few minutes before the clock strikes.
What happens after you book?
Once you’ve successfully secured your spot, the app will display an estimated wait time.
The beauty of this system is that you don't have to stand around in a line! You are free to keep exploring the park, hop on an attraction, or grab a delicious snack.
